Find the right customers. Review your emails. Start outreach and manage replies.

An outreach tool for small teams who sell to businesses. You say who you want to reach and what you offer. It finds and checks the companies, finds the right person, and drafts every email from something true about that company. You approve each one; then it sends on your schedule through Smartlead and brings the replies back here.

What you provide

  • Who you want to reach
  • Your offer, and what you want them to do
  • A sending mailbox in Smartlead
  • Your approval of every email

What it handles

  • Finding and checking companies
  • Suggesting who to contact first, and why
  • Finding and verifying a contact
  • Drafting the emails and follow-ups
  • Sending on your schedule, stopping on replies, and bringing replies back

Seven steps

Every vertical's Overview shows which step you are on and the one thing to do next.

  1. 1

Describe who you want to reach

You: The kind of company, where they are, and what makes one a good lead.

It: Saves it as an vertical you can search again, and shows the rules in plain words before anything is spent.

  2. 2

    Find companies

You: Press “Start a search” and confirm.

It: Searches, runs an AI fit check on each company, saves the results as a batch, then reads each company's website and checks it against your rules. Results appear on their own when it finishes — you can leave the page.

  3. 3

    Review and choose

You: Look at which companies match and why. Answer any open question — “Is this independently owned?” — in the review queue. Select the ones you want.

It: Shows, for every company: does it match, how high a priority, can we reach someone, and where it is in your outreach. Anything not yet checked is never treated as a match.

  4. 4

    Find the right person

You: Select companies and choose “Find contacts”. This is the paid step, and it only runs for what you selected.

It: Finds a decision maker and verifies their work email. Each company then says whether someone was found, nobody was, or the lookup failed.

  5. 5

    Write and approve every email

You: Fill in a short brief: who it is from, what you offer, and what you want them to do. Then read each email and its follow-ups, edit anything, and approve.

It: Writes each email from your brief and one real, checkable fact about that company — or an honest general introduction when there is none. Approval is of the exact words you read; changing them asks for approval again.

  6. 6

    Launch

You: Choose the sending mailbox and schedule, check the summary of who will be contacted, and press “Start outreach”.

It: Hands exactly the approved emails to Smartlead, which sends them from your mailbox on your schedule. Pressing it twice never sends twice.

  7. 7

    Handle replies

You: Answer replies from Inbox, or mark them dealt with.

It: Brings replies back with their company and campaign. Follow-ups stop for anyone who replies, bounces or unsubscribes, in every campaign, and bounces and unsubscribes are never contacted again.

An example (invented, for illustration)

Vertical: independent med spas in California, one to five locations.

Goal: book an introductory call.

Found: 50 companies → 18 selected → 12 with a verified contact → 12 email sequences to review.

One of the twelve, for “Northbay Aesthetics” (invented):Hi Dana, I saw on northbay-aesthetics.example that you're opening a second location in Oakland this spring. When that's happening, we answer your after-hours enquiries so no patient waits until morning. Worth a 15-minute call next week? — Sam

After launch: “Three replies need your attention.” · “Next follow-up: Thursday at 10:00 America/Los_Angeles.” · “Follow-ups stopped for people who replied.”

What costs money

  • Searches use your search and AI accounts, which bill you directly. Each search stops at the limit you set.
  • Contact lookups are charged per company by your contact-finding account. They run only for the companies you select, after you confirm the number.
  • Sending uses your Smartlead plan. API access needs a plan that includes it.
  • Reviewing, writing emails, approving, and reading replies cost nothing here (an optional AI writer uses your own key if one is set).
